To enable its 3,000 tenants to experience 3,000 different days to the full, Capital 8 is adopting a more inclusive vision of the office building, geared towards services and hospitality.

With a decidedly evolving nature, the building does not dictate the layout of its spaces, so that they can develop along with their use instead.
