
Join us on Saturday, April 18th for an immersive cooking workshop led by Mathilde Deniau, a chef inspired by nature and known for her eco-conscious, seasonal, and floral cuisine. Her dishes highlight simple, fresh ingredients and subtle sweet-and-savory combinations.
The workshop takes place in the LAB’ FUGA kitchens, a space dedicated to sharing and culinary creativity.
Workshop schedule:
11:00 AM – Welcome, introduction to the class and seasonal ingredients
11:15 AM – Hands-on cooking session, techniques and recipe prep
Menu we’ll cook together:
1:15 PM – Tasting, with a glass of wine carefully selected by our sommelier
2:00 PM – End of session, recipe sheet provided for home cooking
