Join us for an immersive culinary workshop on Monday, March 16, designed and hosted by Priscille Graff, the creative mind behind the Instagram account @la_lunchbox. A passionate young chef, she is known for bringing strangers together around beautifully crafted, flavourful dishes.
Her dinners usually take place in her own home. This time, she steps outside her walls and takes over the kitchens of LAB’ for a warm and convivial experience.
On the programme:
A rosemary harvest in the rooftop garden overlooking Paris — a suspended moment to take in the illuminated city as night falls.
Then, it’s off to Le LAB’ to roll up your sleeves and prepare a mushroom and miso bourguignon, a comforting plant-based twist on the French classic.
For dessert, you will create a light and creamy Fontainebleau with seasonal fruits.
A moment dedicated to cooking and sharing — learning by doing, exchanging as much as tasting — true to the spirit of FUGA, in their new space devoted to culinary creativity and craftsmanship.
