Join us for a seasonal cooking experience on Saturday, April 11, led by chef Mathilde Deniau, known for her nature-inspired, eco-conscious and floral approach to cuisine. She highlights humble ingredients through refined and surprising flavor pairings.

Returning to the LAB’ FUGA Mathilde will host a second workshop focused on simplicity, seasonality, and conviviality.

Workshop highlights:
11:00 AM – Welcome and intro to the day’s ingredients
Let’s head to the kitchen to prepare:

  • Main: Asparagus risotto with parmesan
  • Dessert: Roasted rhubarb with crumbled Breton shortbread

1:15 PM – Group tasting with a glass of wine selected by our sommelier
2:00 PM – Wrap-up and recipe handouts

Small group format (max 12 people – all levels welcome)
From 11 AM to 2 PM at LAB’ FUGA, a creative culinary space.
